• Layout drawing. You can tell the seller the space layout ,and ask the seller put the furniture drawing in the space layout. You will find out the size and will clear if the size of desk suitable or not.

• Type of material. The material of office furniture is vary, the core material with plywood/MDF/Particle board, you should know which material you should use.
