The veneer we are using 0.6mm thick,others use 0.2mm thick veneer,we have both natural veneer and engineered veneer.

• The top coat workshop is the final process in the production of veneer products,it is very important stage,in this stage,we place the products in a dust-free roomfor spray painting,ensuring that no dust or other impurities affect the surface quality of the product during the spraying process.

• After finish top coat,the products need to send to a dust free drying room for 8H,ensuring that the fnish is completely dry,froming a hard and smooth surface.

• We have a strict requirements for the hardness and leveling of the top coat.both of which must meet relevant industry standards. hardness directly affects the scratch resistance of the product,while good leveling ensures that the finish is even.making the final products surface smoother and more aesthetically.

After completing the woodworking process, all components must be apply the base coat,our standard with 3 times base coat,in this case the wooden parts was completed sealed by base coat
