If I have an office chair problem, what do I do?
Every chair from our factory is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and shipped to customers. During transportation or installation, there may be instances of product damage or missing parts. Upon receiving customer feedback, we make a decision within one hour and send replacement parts via express delivery or air freight. We offer an 8-year warranty service for our leather chairs and a 5-year warranty service for our office chairs.
Can I remove the armrests of an office chair?
For most office chairs, armrests are optional. You can choose chairs with armrests or those without. All armrests are detachable, so if you don't need them, you can remove them yourself. If you need them, you can also install them yourself. Both removal and installation are very convenient.
However, some chairs are designed with the armrests integrated into the chair body. For these types of chairs, the armrests cannot be removed. This means that if you choose a chair with this design, you must accept it as is, without the ability to remove or install the armrests yourself
