• Before we designed this component,the conventional method involved welding a nut inside the beam, then fixed the die-cast connector to the nut inside the beam. This entire process was not only time consuming and labor intensive but also inconvenient to install.

• Our new component uses an expansion principle to fix the beam and die cast part.This design is simple and has simplified the installation process.

• The thickness of the steel pipe wall plays a key piont in the stability of the metal table frame. we found in the production process that on reason for product instability is the insufficient thickness of the material piple wall.

• When the beam die casting part is connected to the desk leg,If the pipe wall thickness is not enough,the strength will be insufficient, which cannot guarantee the stability of the product. This is the experience we have got in the production process.
