FAQs

How do I know the quality of a metal table leg?

As an overseas buyer, once you have found a suitable supplier, how do you know the quality of the supplier's products? Here are some of my experiences:

  • Product Stability: The stability of a metal table frame is a crucial factor in determining the quality of the product. If the factory uses steel pipes or plates that are not thick enough, the product they produce will be unstable. According to our factory's 20 years of production experience, the thickness of the material at the connection point should be at least 2.0MM. If materials with a thickness of 1.4mm or 1.5mm are used, you will feel the entire table leg shaking when you push or shake it forcefully, and it will make noise during use.

  • Quality of the Powder Coating: The powder coating is like a person's coat to a product. If a poor-quality powder coating is used, it will affect the aesthetics of the product. Especially for white products, if the quality of the powder coating is poor, the paint film will turn yellow or fall off after one year of use. Currently, the more famous powder coating suppliers on the market are Akzo Nobel and Tiger, both of which are world-renowned brands. All of our factory's metal product sprayings use the Akzo Nobel brand.

  • Packaging Materials: Packaging is the last step in production. If the packaging material is not good quality, damage may occur during handling or transportation, causing unnecessary trouble for you. Additionally, good packaging is also an important aspect of enhancing the product and company image
