Executive Office Table - Executive Desks

Onmuse / Model-Action

For this office desk, we have three different manufacturing methods. Firstly, we have the one made entirely of melamine board, which is cost-effective.

Secondly, we have the one made entirely of wood veneer with PU painting, which has a better texture and visual effect. Lastly, we have the one that combines melamine board and wood veneer, and others all melamine and the aesthetic of wood veneer paint. These three different materials, although they look the same in appearance, the price will vary due to the difference in materials.

To make the overall effect of the office desk more upscale and elegant, we have done some special treatments in the production. We make the outer panels of the tabletop and desk legs with wood veneer and spray them with PU paint, which can enhance the overall visual effect of the office desk, making it look more upscale. At the same time, for the side return we make the door and the drawer face with wood veneer, which not only enhances the aesthetic of the office desk but also improves its practicality. The rest parts are all made of melamine, which can reduce the cost and ensure the durability of the office desk. Through such a design, we have achieved both high quality and cost-effectiveness of the product.

FAQs

What is the core material used for executive office desk?

At present, the core materials for executive office desks are Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) and Particle Board (PB). These two materials are commonly used to make executive office desks, each with its unique characteristics and advantages.

In the production of boss desks, we more often choose MDF as the core material. This is because MDF has a uniform texture, making it excellent for processing. It can be cut and shaped according to design requirements. Simultaneously, the smooth surface of MDF is ideal for painting and veneering, allowing us to create products with exquisite appearance and excellent texture. Furthermore, MDF is highly stable, with low moisture absorption and expansion rates, ensuring dimensional stability and resistance to deformation. Coupled with its high density, good strength, and high durability, it is widely used in the production of boss desks.

For the executive desks of managers and supervisors, we mainly choose melamine boards for production, and the majority of the base material in the market is PB. PB has a uniform structure, good stability, and is not prone to deformation, making it very suitable for making large office desks. In addition, PB is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, and its surface has been specially treated to maintain a long service life. At the same time, PB has good sound insulation effects and can effectively absorb sound waves, creating a quiet and comfortable office environment. Furthermore, PB is environmentally friendly, with most using eco-friendly glue, minimizing environmental impact. Most importantly, PB is relatively low in price and suitable for large-scale use, effectively controlling costs.

The two types of board materials used by our company are all E0 grade environmentally friendly materials, fully meeting the environmental standards of Europe and the United States.
