The side panel of the SP-2 model is constructed with a double layer of metal plate, filled with a special sound-absorbing material. With a thickness ranging from 48mm to 50mm, this robust construction significantly reduces noise, creating a quiet and productive environment for your work.

For added soundproofing, the pod is equipped with specially made glass on both the front and back sides. This unique glass design combines hollow glass with laminated glass, providing excellent noise reduction in both high and mid-frequency ranges. In addition to its superior soundproofing capabilities, this glass type offers higher safety standards compared to traditional tempered glass.

The side panels of the SP-2 model are 80mm thick, contributing to the pod's sturdy and durable structure. Despite its robust design, the installation process is straightforward and quick. It takes just 2-3 people approximately 30 minutes to assemble the S POD.

Moreover, the door of the pod is designed with a European standard profile, allowing for an efficient installation process that takes no more than 1 minute. This thoughtful design ensures that setting up your new workspace is as hassle-free as possible.

This is the overall circuit diagram of the Office Pods side panel. All the wires are pre-installed in the side panel, which makes the wiring process very convenient and fast. Each wire is equipped with a connector, as shown in the picture, and you just need to plug the wire into the connector. For 4pax office pod, the wiring process can be completed within five minutes.

The handle of the glass door adopts the multi-point lock design of the aluminum door and window.

The handle of the glass door adopts a European standard design, which is highly versatile and comes with a protective installation device. This handle is made of all-aluminum alloy, a material known for its extreme durability, resistance to damage, and long service life.
In accordance with door and window standards, we have adopted a two-layer rubber strip design. When the door is closed, a gentle push on the handle will press the door leaf tightly against the rubber strip on the door frame, forming a good seal. This can effectively isolate noise, resulting in better sound insulation.

This heavy-duty hinge is designed and manufactured according to European standards. It is made of all-aluminum material, which is known for its durability, lightness, and excellent corrosion resistance, maintaining good performance in various environments.
The surface is treated with fluorocarbon paint, a coating known for its bright and delicate colors that can enhance the overall aesthetics of doors and windows. At the same time, it also increases the product's scratch and wear resistance, further improving the hinge's lifespan.
Its load-bearing level is very high, with a single hinge capable of supporting up to 200kg. This means that each door using three hinges can theoretically support up to 600KG.
The design of this hinge is very convenient and suitable for all European standard slots. The installation process is very straightforward. Simply place the hinge into the European standard slot of the door frame or door leaf, then tighten the screws. No professional tools or complex installation steps are needed.
The gap between the hinge and the door is 2mm. This design ensures the smooth opening and closing of the door while also preventing collision noise when the door is closed, improving the user experience.
The hinge's pivot is made of solid stainless steel, with a diameter of 12MM. This material and size design ensures the stability and durability of the hinge, as well as the smooth opening and closing of the door.

The glass door hinges details

This hinge contains ball bearings and lubricating oil inside, the combination of which allows the hinge to maintain an extremely quiet performance during rotation. Whether opening or closing the door, it will not produce harsh noise, providing users with a quiet and comfortable use environment.
The side of the hinge is designed with an adjustment screw. By adjusting this screw, users can freely adjust the gap between the door leaf and the door frame.

We have a total of 4 color options for our carpets, with a thickness of 10mm. Among these colors, the code 1731# is in stock, while the other colors need to be customized. All our carpets have passed the VOC test. We have professional equipment to remove the smell of the carpets.
