The core material used is E0 grade environmentally friendly MDF material.

We place great emphasis on user health and environmental protection, which is why we are strict in our selection of materials. All the materials we use, whether it's solid wood, pine wood, or paint, fully comply with the stringent environmental standards of Europe or the United States.

As you can see from the pictures, our office desks all use solid wood edging, and for the drawer parts, we choose to use pine wood. These are all natural materials.

Moreover, we've put a lot of effort into the selection of base materials for our office desks. We use E0 grade environmentally friendly materials, which are currently the highest level of environmentally friendly panels on the market and are almost harmless to the human body.

In terms of surface treatment, we use fully environmentally friendly paint. We know that if the harmful substances in the paint are not fully volatilized, they can have an impact on human health. Therefore, after our products are painted, they are placed in a drying room for more than 10 hours to ensure the complete volatilization of the paint solvents, thereby ensuring the environmental protection and health of our products.

Using 0.6mm Natural Rosewood Veneer.

We use 0.6MM thick rosewood veneer, which looks very textured and has a natural and smooth grain. The unique texture and deep color of rosewood veneer give it a high-end and elegant feel. For such high-grade wood veneer, we usually don't add any extra color, but retain the natural color of the wood veneer, allowing users to experience the original charm of the wood.

Compared to other thicknesses of wood veneer, such as the 0.3mm or 0.18mm commonly used by other factories, our 0.6MM rosewood veneer is undoubtedly superior. Its thickness makes the texture more prominent and the touch more comfortable.

In terms of visual effects, touch, and durability, our 0.6MM rosewood veneer far exceeds the 0.3mm or 0.18mm wood veneer. This is a completely different feeling and is a major feature of our products.

Extremely high level of craftsmanship

All edges of this office desk are treated with a 50MM thick whitewood edge banding. This treatment not only enhances the aesthetics but also greatly improves the durability of the desktop. However, bending the wood strip into the arc shape of the desktop is no easy task. This requires our craftsmen to use advanced solid wood edge banding techniques to ensure that every edge is flawless, with no cracks or stapling.

In addition, the storage under the main top and the side return cabinet of this desk are all covered with leather, and sewn with wood. This is another challenge for this desk. The softness of the leather contrasts sharply with the hardness of the wood, enhancing both the visual appeal of the desk and the tactile experience for the user. However, the process of sewing leather and wood together is highly demanding and requires our craftsmen to operate with utmost accuracy to avoid any defects.

Currently, our technology for producing such products is very mature. Our craftsmen are all professionally trained and are proficient in various woodworking techniques. They can accurately control every process to ensure that the quality of our products always reaches the highest level. Whether it's solid wood edge banding or the sewing of leather and wood, they can skillfully complete the task, turning each office desk into a work of art.

We provide customoized service

Many clients, in pursuit of harmony and order in their offices, prefer to place a credenza behind their desks. This credenza usually shares the same shape as the desk not only to enhance the overall aesthetics of the office but also to provide additional storage space, making the office environment more tidy.

With the improvement of living standards, an increasing number of users are seeking personalized office environments. They wish for their offices or office furniture to be customized to their preferred style and color, thereby showcasing their individuality and taste.

The efficiency of customized production is relatively low, as each product needs to be designed and manufactured according to the specific needs of the customer. Most factories, in pursuit of profit, typically opt to produce standard products, meaning that the size, color, and shape of their products are fixed. However, our factory is positioned to provide personalized services to our customers, thus we can fully customize products according to their needs.

Indeed, providing customized services requires a substantial amount of time and cost, making customized products relatively more expensive.

25 days production lead time

The production process and procedure of veneer paint products are significantly different from other products, primarily in terms of the time required. Compared to other products, the production of veneer executive desk and table is more complex and time-consuming.

Firstly, we need to edge-band the wood strips. After this step is completed, we must wait for 10 hours to allow the wood strips to dry thoroughly. Additionally, we need to apply the base coat three times, each time followed by sanding, to ensure the smoothness and adhesion of the primer. After each application of base coat and sanding, we need to wait for another 10 hours for it to dry.

Next, we need to apply the topcoat twice, followed by another round of sanding. Similarly, after each application of topcoat and sanding, we need to wait for 10 hours for it to dry. Thus, from start to finish, the entire production process executive desks will takes 25 days.

If customers require customization, due to the additional design and production time needed, it is estimated to take 30 days.

The Wall the ceiling and cabinet can do same color as desk top

This is a photo of a custom office product case we made for a client. In this case, we carried out a comprehensive custom design and decoration for the entire office based on the customer's needs.

We designed the cladding for the office walls to match the overall style and color scheme of the office environment. At the same time, we added decorative lines to the ceiling, which not only added a three-dimensional effect to the ceiling but also made the entire office look more exquisite and elegant.

We customized cabinets for the client, the color of which perfectly matched the office desks, forming a unified and harmonious color scheme.

For all custom products, we chose to use Rosewood. After the entire office was decorated, it looked very grand, fully demonstrating a royal style, showcasing the company's brand image and corporate culture.
