According to the feedback from our customers, at least 30% of the complaints are about product damage during transportation. Therefore, we decided to change our packaging method to reduce product damage during transportation.

We using 15mm thick PU foam and K=K packaging cardboard to increase the sturdiness and protection of the packaging. In addition, we added a 5mm thick corner guard protector at the corners of the product from impact and pressure. This type of packaging can both protect the product and ensure its stability during transportation.

After we changed our packaging method, the situation of product damage during transportation was significantly improved. Although this increased our costs, it is very worthwhile to improve our customer satisfaction.
